Faithful God, in baptism you claimed us and called us as your own. By your Spirit, you work in our lives empowering us to live a life worthy of your calling. Merciful God, cleanse our hearts that we might be faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. It is in His name we pray this.     Amen.
