Call
to Worship Leader:
How wonderful is our God! His glory exceeds the greatest praise of
our lips. People:
We bless the Lord our God with heart, mind, and soul; and still we
feel we have hardly begun to praise his name. Leader:
We have reached deep into space, and yet have only scratched the
surface of his creative works; People:
All praise and honor be to God. To Him be the glory forever!
Greeting Pastor:
The Lord be with you. People:
And also with you.

Prayer of Confession Heavenly
Father, we know the satisfaction of being nurtured by your Son. But
we still go astray, only to find our hunger unsatisfied. Forgive us
when we have walked away even as you invite us to partake of
your blessings. Forgive us too, for our failure to be in ministry,
sharing your blessings with others. Feed us, Lord till we want no
more, and then send us forth to share your overflowing blessings with
others. We pray in Jesus' name. Amen
*Silent
Confession
*Declaration
of Forgiveness Pastor:
The Scriptures declare
that Christ Jesus entered the world to rescue sinners. He personally
bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might be dead to
sin and alive to all that is good. People:
In Jesus Christ, we are forgiven. Amen.

Psalm
34 (Selected) Leader:
I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be
in my mouth. People:
My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad. Leader:
O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together. People:
I sought the Lord, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my
hears. Leader:
Look to him, and be radiant; so your faces shall never be ashamed. People:
The angel
of the Lord
encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. Leader:
O taste and see that the Lord is good; happy are those who take
refuge in him. People:
The Lord redeems the life of his servants; none of those who take
refuge in him will be condemned.
