Call to Worship Psalm 133
Leader: How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in
unity!
People: It is like
precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard,
Leader: running down
on Aaron’s beard, down upon the collar of his robes.
People: It is as
if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion .
ALL: For there the Lord bestows His blessing,
even life forevermore.
Greeting
Pastor: The Lord be with you.
People: And also with you.

Confession LISTEN IN
Lord
Jesus, forgive me for not having the same attitude that You had when You left
heaven and came to earth. You chose to lay aside Your equity with God and
make Yourself nothing while I seek to exalt myself with friends and family, in
the community, and where I work. You chose to become a servant while I
desire to become the master. You humbled Yourself to serve others
while I aspire to be served. Your obedience to Your Father led to Your
death on the cross, but I am disobedient even in the simple things.
Please forgive me! Jesus, I need Your power to live a submissive life
that brings glory and honor to You. In Your Holy name, Amen.
*Silent Confession
*Declaration of Forgiveness
Pastor: Hear the Good News! Because of the Lord’s great love we are not
consumed, for His compassions never fail. Therefore, if we
confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and
purify us from all unrighteousness. Friends, believe the good news.
People: In Jesus Christ, we are forgiven. Amen.
